2nd tuner picture loss when 2nd video out connected

I have a philips DSR708. When the 2nd composite video out connection is plugged in, Tuner 2 has severe picture loss on certain channels (202,215, etc)

For now I have disconnected the 2nd video out. I was hoping for some long term advice on how to actually fix the problem, or any information on why this problem occurs would be appreciated.

I first stumbled across the problem here

You probably need to get a tuner repair to fix the problem, or just live with 1 composite output. If you want a quote for tuner repair, just email us.
