For the purpose of security, I would like to use a wired ethernet connection from my series II Tivo (TCD240004A) to a bridged wireless access point (Zyxel) having WPA encrypted connection to my wireless router. I had no problem doing this with a DT Tivo that incorporated an ethernet port, however the TCD240004A model Tivo only has USB ports.

Question - can I use any USB/ethernet (wired) adaptor or do I have to use the particular Linksys USB200M v.2 adapter offered for sale by Tivo on Tivo.com?
