Will TiVo Series 2 DT work after the transition to DTV?

I own a Tivo Series 2 DT and have regular cable (not digita cable) and would like to know if my TiVo will continue to work (still be able to record and play TV programs) after the trasnsition to DigitalTV in June.

If I will be needing addtional equipment, what will I need and how will I have to connect it?

Also, if additional equipment will be needed, I welcome any recommendations as to Make and Model # of equipment needed.

The June transition to digital TV affects antenna broadcasts - not cable signals. Your unit can't tune via antenna anyway, so this shouldn't affect your setup at all.
