Hi I have a question maybe someone might be able to help me with.
I used a copy of Instantcake to upgrade my older series 2 tivo (with dark grey front) into a 500 gig hard drive. I plan on upgrading my light grey series 2 tivo (tcd5400140) when ever my instantcake cd comes from 9the tee.
But for the moment I am trying to move my programs from the 540 to the old upgraded tivo. Well they both have working usb wireless. I can see both tivos on my Tivo Desktop and transfer programs from them to my PC.
But when I try to go to the old upgraded tivo it shows the 540 but when I go to it the screen says it has no programs on it.
How can I get it to read the other tivo? I know I have upgraded my upgraded tivo to the newest firmware version.
