No guide information on 3 channels!

  • No guide information on 3 channels!

    HELP! First, I have Spectrum. That in itself is a problem! And second, there are 3 channels I now receive with my Tivo but can’t get any guide information for. My Tivo is hardwired to the network and updating successfully. Spectrum sent out a tech, who didn’t have any cable card experience, and couldn’t fix it. I called and they reprovisioned the equipment and said the info should be there the next day. It wasn’t so I called back. The next tech said Tivo is responsible for the guide. So here I am begging the REAL experts for help.

    Why would guide info for only 3 channels not show up? What can I do about it?
