  • Minis won't connect to WeaKnees Tivo purchase

    I purchased a Tivo bolt from WeaKnees but my minis won't connect. Tivo support says it's a known issue and they are working on it, but no time frame is given. Anyone know how long this has been going on for? Do I need to look at other options?

    You need to be sure your TiVo and the Minis are all on the same TiVo account. Then connect your main TiVo and repeat setup on the Minis.

      Tried that. Spent time Tivo agent with not results. Used AI to go through any possible steps. Finally AI told me to contact Tivo to clear any tokens or account flags. That's when they responded with "it's a known issue, but no solution.
