I have tried everyway possible to connect a Pioneer 57H w/TIVO to a digital TV to no avail. From what I can discern, it seems that the Series 2 TIVO will only work with an analog TV or analog/digital converter connected to an older analog TV, but not directly with a newer digital TV. Anyone know a solution?

I want to use it as a recorder only and/or for over-the-air broadcasts. I don't think it will work with a digital TV, but like to use it at least as a recorder...can't even figure that either as there is nothing in the set-up procedure that allows that?

Thoughts?
