We have complete faceplates, but not just the sticker:

WOW! $29.00 and all I need is that little sticker. I'll have to think about that. Maybe I can obtain one from someone with a broken Tivo.

Yes, we understand the dilemma; unfortunately we have to scrap a faceplate to get a sticker, and we don't have a large enough supply to do that.
