S3 reboot to get video

I have a new S3 with two cable cards. After it worked great for 2 weeks then I turned on my TV and I get Tivo menu and programming info but a gray picture. I reboot and it works great. the same thing happens again. I go to the cable card menu and it says there is no problems with the cards. Whats up?

That does sound like a card problem. We'd suggest you get the cards swapped out by your cable company.
