Some months ago I purchased a new Tivo from Weaknees; at that time we had DirecTV service. On doctor's orders I had to move to the desert, and where we are living there are no dishes allowed, so we are on Time Warner cable. How can I handle my Tivo here?

The box I bought from Weaknees is a Philliips Model DSR704. Is there any way to modify it to work on straight cable? Please email me any help or suggestions you may have to: [email protected].

Also I will need another Tivo for our bedroom set. Can you give me any suggestions as to the best model for a 2nd set? and a transmitter so we can watch programs from that set on our big screen in the great room.

    Thank you, Josef Citron
