We've upgraded our TiVo system to a network. We have:
iMac running 10.5.8
Roxio Toast 10
Mac AirPort
TiVo HD connected through a NetGear Powerline connection
TiVo Toshiba Series 2 connected to network via a TiVo Wireless Adapter
Time Warner Cable
I can transfer shows off the Toshiba Series 2 to my computer for conversion/uploading to an iPhone and burning to disk. On the HD TiVo, I can only do so for shows recorded from traditional over the air stations. Anything recorded off a "cable channel" (SciFi, HGTV, Noggin, etc.) has a red circle with a line through it instead of the TiVo green and yellow circles and the transfer options in TiVo transfer are greyed out. Is there something I need to change in my set up or is Time Warner blocking channels via the CableCARD?
