SVR2000 HD problem

I had to install a hard drive in my Tivo after the orignal one died. I received a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 120GB ATA/133 HDD modle# 6Y120L0. I loaded it with Ptv upgrade for SVR2000. Install went off with no errors. Now when I install the HD into my tvio I get the Your recorder is starting uo. Please wait a moment. Can someone help please.

Could it be a jumper setting or a cabling issue?
