Hi! I just wanted to post my thanks for getting my TIVO up and running again. The hard drive failed on it and I thought I was out of luck. After running a Google search on TIVO repairs, I found this fine website and ordered a replacement kit. The instructions were so simple and clear! In no time, I was back to guided setup and getting on with my TIVO life!!
