Premiere Muting Itself

My TiVo Premiere (not XL) has a weird problem where I fast forward, and then I start playing again, and the sound is gone.

I can fix it by just pausing and then playing again.

But it's annoying.

Anyone know what's going on?

Have you tried just rebooting the unit?

I haven't heard of this issue before.

Been here a long time . . .
