Record light does not come on

Tivo Roamio OTA 846500
TSN: 846000190472A53

The red record light does not come on. I have the setting: Remote, Cablecard, & Devices > Lights > ON
The green power light is on and the amber light comes on whenever I tap any button on the remote. The red light never comes on when recording.

Is there something I'm missing?

We've seen the lights stop working properly on these pretty often.

Is it still functioning properly otherwise?

If so, you could let it be. We don't think it's indicative of any future problems.
