I have a Roamio Plus on TE4 that I upgraded the hard drive to a 3TB and when attempting to download back to TE3 all I get is a blank screen with two lines on top. I put the original 1TB drive back in but that was after erasing it and even with it in I get the same results. Any suggestions?
I also have another Plus that when I tried to move it up to TE4 I got the same screen.

I have great connections using Ethernet and MOCA. So far I've been waiting 3 weeks for help from TiVo!

Both units work fine so it's not a hardware issue but some type of a software glitch.
