    I replaced the dead hard drive in my Bolt Plus with one of the 2TB drives. Box generally works fine (thanks!), except I don't get channel logo icons in the guide. Seems like I do get them on the associated Mini. I've toggled the "show channel logos" option for the guide, but no luck. It's been about 24 hours after I went through the whole configuration process after swapping the drive. Is there something else I've forgotten to get the logos? Thanks.

    This issue is not drive-related. It is related to the TiVo software and happens from time to time. There is nothing you can do about it other than contacting TiVo (877-367-8486) and asking them to look into the bug.

      Thanks for the reply. I assumed it was not the drive proper, and it related to having to reload the config and software on an empty drive. Is this a historically resolvable issue if I contact TiVO, or is this a live-with-it situation?

        In the past the problem has resolved itself with a software update.
