Not a tech person at all but here goes. I have a tivo edge that over the last couple of years I can't get live TV. Using two cable cards just stopped working - I get a "searching for signal on this channel" error v52.

In addition at the same time I have an issue where I can only use my Netflix streaming if I reboot the tivo. I can stream apps w no issue - unless the tivo goes unused for several hours - then I have to reboot it to work. If I don't i get " your device may not be connected to the Internet code nw1 19" error

Any ideas where to start?
