Just a warning, if you replace the hard drive on your TiVo, it might affect your cablecard. I got the replecement kit from WeaKnees to replace my dead 16 year old (!) hard disk on my Premiere. When the TiVo came back on all channels were black with the V58 error code. This was scary since Xfinity officially doesn't support cablecards anymore. Luckily Xfinity was still able to send a refresh signal to it and it is working again.
