CABLEVISION(NY) - no premiuim channels

the tech came and installed the cable cards in my Series 3 but i get no premium channels at all (no hbo, no espn etc,...) all i get is 2, 4, 7, 9, 11 in standard and HD. cable says they have to send the tech out again (ugh) Any ideas?

Have you verified the setup on-screen? Are they using the right HOST ID?
