Bad card slot in S3? Not found-pod:///ca/ca

Had cable company replace ccards in S3 due to losing digital channels regularly. No card would activate in slot 1, card in slot 2 has limited functionality. During pairing/activation got the message: 'Failed to load pod:///ca/ca' which may indicate a bad slot per Tivo CCard Hotline. If that is in fact the problem, can Weaknees successfully replace/repair the slots? Anyone have that repair done by Weaknees?

Yes, we can replace the entire part, so if the actual physical slot is broken (eg. you have broken/bent pins), then we can fix it.

No physical damage, just got flaky and has died. I'll get with the s3 repair department.
