    Help HD Tivo 652160

    My Tivo froze the other day, tried to reboot and it was sticking on almost there screen, I ordered a new hard-drive and when installed it would not move past a black screen and only got a green light on panel, it would flicker every minute or so, but no yellow or red,

    What should I do next, Help

    The flashing green light on a TCD652160 is still not something we can fix, unfortunately. Are you getting a consistent flashing green, or something else?

    What happens if you put your old drive back in?

      Same, the green light come on and it flashes yellow once, then goes solid green

        I plugged it back up with old hard-drive this morning, just to double check, and it is back to locking up on almost there screen, green light is solid.

          I think I found your order in our system based on your user name. I'd suggest you look at your order invoice. It looks like you ordered a drive for at TCD648250, which will not work in your model TiVo.
