Mpeg4 killed my Tivo's

I have 4 Tivo's with product lifetiime which I can no longer use because Comcast is upgrading to Meg4 in my area. 2 HD's and 2 HDXL's

Any ideas?

Are they doing all channels at once? If so, you'd really just have to swap out for newer units.
