  • A red screen.

I haven't heard of a "red screen of death", but I have it!
Hardware is an HD10-250, HDMI cable. and Panasonic 50" plasma. The picture suddenly went bad with a red tint and pixelation. The colors are still good when the menu is brought up, but just a slight pixelation is starting to occur over to the side.
The TV setup menu has normal colors, so I doubt it has anything to do with the TV.
I tried rebooting it a few times. On the last effort I left it off for an hour and it rebooted with normal colors.
The next day I tried using it and it was red again and the pixelation is looking worse. After numerous reboots I gave up. Any thoughts?

Right - that's a dying HDMI card. We have replacements for both types. Only one is online, but we have the other one also. More info here:

    (search for HDMI)
    Been here a long time . . .
