New R10 from weaknees DVR will not work

Just got a new directv with tivo hooked it up called directv swithed service. Can view all the channels but when trying to record it says no DVR service. Called directv they had me do all the usual tricks they reprogramed nothing still does not work. Any Ideas?

Try just rebooting the unit, then forcing a dial-in.

Been here a long time . . .
