Hi, First time user.Can anybody tell me what and how to use the usb ports on the back of my unit,or are they useless.Thank you.

At this point, they're useless. There are hacks out there to get some functionality out of them, but the hacks cause a whole host of instability.Been here a long time . . . -

Nope - sorry to say, firmware problems pretty much don't even make sense in this context.
Of course, hard drives do fail over time, but that can happen with the factory drive or an upgrade drive, and generally the upgrade drives are newer and therefore higher quality.Been here a long time . . .Comment
