Hi, first post, so be gentle.

I have a Tivo that is having issues. It hasnt done it in a while but it used to freeze up if I was going through the guide and setting up recordings, and I would have to power cycle it. Today though, something different happened. When I got home the DVD and HDD lights were lit solid yellow, the rest of the box appeared dead, no display, no response from anything, and the output was a gray screen. I powered it off and back on, got the powering up screen, turned away and it went back to the way it was when I got home, so I tried once more and let it sit a minute and powered it back up, this time it got to the almost there screen where it is at now. I watched it during most of the time and at first I thought it would go gray again, but then I saw the hdd light go off, the dvd light turned red, then it too went off. It may still be booting right now, but I wont know for a little while longer.

Any ideas what might have happened? Am I going to need to replace the drive?

Update: It keeps rebooting at the almost there screen.
