HD Local channels and new HD DVR?

I'm getting a new HD DVR satellite install tomorrow
Will my local channels come in HD or do I need an OTA antennae?

That depends on whether DIRECTV offers HD locals in your area. You'd have to call them or go online to find out. 800-DIRECTV / directv.com.
