  • out to tv jack

I recently upgraded to a new hr-21 hd receiver. On my old receiver i used the out to tv jack to feed my tv in the other bedroom. My new receiver does not have that jack. How can i acomplish the same thing with my new receiver?

You need to use composite (red/white/yellow) cables to the other TV.

      out to tv jack

that would be about a twenty five foot run. Do they make them that long?

They're not cheap, and the quality can degrade over the length, but I've seen these cables up to 75 feet long.
        Been here a long time . . .

          Jacks

Hi, I looked at the back of my cheap tv in the bed-room and the only jacks in the back are two composit and one s video. Do they make a cable to do both or am i going to have to buy 50ft of s video and 50ft of composit. Thanks for your fast response.

I have never seen both. But to test, maybe you should bring the DVR closer and see if it works...then you can worry about the cable lengths.
