Is my dish SWM?

I know I have a 5lnb dish that is currently running down to a multi-switch, I don't have any SWM or DECA setup. I don't have the packaging or order information for the dish. Is there any way to tell if dish is a SWM dish or not?

If your dish outputs are connected to a multiswitch, then you don't have a SWM dish.

You likely have a WB68 multiswitch, which you can replace with a SWM8 if you want to have a SWM-compatible system.
