10 TB External for DTV HR54

I followed instructions sent from weaknees. Got unit up and running but have a flashing red light on top of box. What does that mean?

That's just the activity light - you'll see it frequently.

Like WK-Michael has said, you'll see these it frequently. If it irritates you, put a small black insulation tape over it.
