TIVO Desktop Upgrade (Ordering) Problems

Anyone know how long it should take to the get the License Key Code for the TIVO Desktop? I purchased the upgrade online at 1pm (EST). As I write this it is now 6:50pm (EST) and I still do not have the code nor did I get an email confirmation. I do have the Order Number and proof that the order was submitted.

Also, after upgrading what do I need to do in order to convert my downloaded movie files and be able to view them on tv screen?

I've always seen the license keys to come immediately. Did you look in your Yahoo! bulk mail filter? I personally find their spam filtering to be completely unusable - good goes to bulk, and vice versa. Did you get a confirmation email?

no confirmation email
checked bulk - nothing the
sent email to the HELP DESK listed on the TIVO page; no reply as of yet
we'll see what happens tomorrow morning
