i HAVE A Tivo Series 2 TC540040 that has a 40gig original drive. i purchased the 80gig B drive addon from Hinsdale's web site. I am very technically oriented so i choose the self install option. After i followed all of the installation instructions when i plugged my Tivo back in the green light on the front comes on but nothing else. it was working 5 minutes prior to the ups guy showing up with the upgrade kit. i have tryed reversing the instructions and returning my tivo to its original state but it still doesnt work so if any one can give me any suggestions on what i did wrong please let me know. i did also return the hd jumper to its original position when i reversed the process. it now just sits there with the green light on.
