I have a TiVo series 2 single tuner DVR. I took out the hard drive and wanted to just do a fresh install of the TiVo software on the original hard drive. (Basically I wanted to erase all information on it because I'm gonna sell it. I didn't want any old info of any of my personal info on it to be seen by the new buyer.)

I believe I did the forbidden and booted it up in Wnidows XP as a slave drive.

So how do I take this hard drive and restore all the TiVo software and reinstall it back into the TiVo unit to make it work again so I can sell this thing???
