      I am a Spectrum Los Angeles customer. They will still supply cable cards; I called and got a new one. What they WON'T supply is tuning adapters. I tried to upgrade to an Edge. The new cable card worked fine, but the tuning adapter would not initialize. According to a lot of otherwise helpful people at Spectrum, they no longer stock any tuning adapters at all, so once one goes bad--that's it. I have been a TiVo customer since the Series 2, but it looks like this is the end of the line.
