I got a internet is not connected message. I rebooted the router first, then I rebooted Tivo Roamio. It doesn't finish booting up, it just cycles a bit and then goes back to the start screen. Over and over

With your model, you almost definitely need a new power adapter ($39.99) and a new hard drive (starting at $249.99).
Most likely, as the power adapter degraded, it failed to produce the proper power for the drive, causing it physical damage.

Any size hard drive will work.
With these two parts, there is a 98% chance your TiVo will be up and running again. They are very, very easy to install and we include instructions with pictures and we include the tools you'll need.

The problem with that, is a similar thing happened a couple years ago, and they had me put in a hard drive of my choice, a different adapter, and advised me to run it off a UPS from then on. Did so, and Weaknees put in the 10 gig hard drive. It better last a lot longer than that...Comment

OK, Michael, I went ahead and ordered another 10 TB hard drive, with you folks deluxe installing it. I could put one in, but I hate losing all my stuff, so it's up to Weaknees. But, this is a pretty large investment and I did it once before. What can I do to keep from throwing another grand at this thing every few years?Comment
