I posted a message here, and sent an email. I got a reply from my email.
Here is what I was told:
"We can get SAT 2 repaired; the cost is $279 and it takes 2-3 weeks. If you are interested, let us know. Otherwise, you can run the unit with only one tuner and not bother getting it repaired."Leave a comment:

I need tuner 2 replaced
Do you do repairs to receivers? I had the hard drive upgraded, but now tuner 2 does not work. Is it possible to get this fixed?
